Hulic Co.,Ltd. <3003> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on January 30th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 12.3% from the previous period to 154 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 6.3% to 164 billion yen, marking the fourteenth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fourteenth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 57 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 35.0% from the same period last year, reaching 72.6 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 32.9% in the same period last year to 26.9%.
