Juroku Financial Group,Inc. <7380> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on January 29th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) increased 12.7% from the same period last year, reaching 23.6 billion yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 27.5 billion yen was 86.0%, also surpassing the five-year average of 76.9%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to drop 44.4% from the same period last year to 3.84 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 11.2% from the same period last year, reaching 7.71 billion yen.
