Daiwa House REIT Investment <8984> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on January 28th (16:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending February 2025 has been revised upward 0.2%, from the previous forecast of 12.9 billion yen to 12.9 billion yen (compared to 10 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 28.9% to 29.1%. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in six years.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 6300 yen to 7000 yen (compared to 5804 yen in the previous period).
