Guidance Update ReportAI CROSS Inc. <4476> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision at noon (12:00) on January 22nd. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 8.5%, from the previous forecast of 295 million yen to 320 million yen (compared to 291 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 1.4% to 10.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms. However, the full-year consolidated net income has decreased 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 175 million yen to 140 million yen (compared to 156 million yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 10.3% decrease in profit.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 29.8%, from the previous forecast of 84 million yen to 109 million yen (compared to 147 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 42.9% to 25.9%.
