Netyear Group Corporation <3622> [TSE Growth] announced a performance revision after the market closed on January 17th (15:30). The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 299 million yen to a loss of 1 million yen (compared to a profit of 144 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit has decreased 83.8%, from the previous forecast of 358 million yen to 58 million yen (compared to 180 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 67.8% decrease in profit.
