NODA CORPORATION <7879> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 16th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending November 2024 dropped 86.6% from the previous period to 0.67 billion yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 0.4 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending November 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 18.5% to 0.8 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, a decrease of 6.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 0.05 billion yen (compared to a profit of 1.33 billion yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 6.0% in the same period last year to -1.4%.
