GameWith,Inc. <6552> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June to November) turned into a loss of 174 million yen (compared to a profit of 101 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the December to May period (2H) is expected to turn into a profit of 154 million yen (compared to a loss of 56 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 68 million yen (compared to a profit of 75 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from 8.1% in the same period last year to -7.6%.
