SUMINOE Co., Ltd. <3501> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on January 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending May 2025 (June to November) has decreased 59.5%, from the previous forecast of 1.1 billion yen to 0.44 billion yen (compared to 1.69 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 35.0% to 73.7%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 3.4 billion yen(compared to 3.66 billion yen in the previous period).
