Guidance Update Report

Samty Residential Investment <3459> [TSE REIT] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on December 26th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 has been revised upward 23.6%, from the previous forecast of 2.12 billion yen to 2.62 billion yen (compared to 1.97 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 7.8% to 33.1%, reaches new record high for the first time in two terms.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned distribution for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 2749 yen to 3109 yen (compared to 2646 yen in the previous period).
