NTT UD REIT Investment Corporation <8956> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 16th (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 increased 3.2% from the previous period to 4.35 billion yen exceeding the previous forecast of 4.16 billion yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending April 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 2.3% to 4.46 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 2810 yen to 2939 yen (compared to 2848 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 3010 yen.
