ORVIS CORPORATION <7827> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 decreased 14.1% from the previous period non-consolidated to 578 million yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.3% to 580 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 63 yen to 67 yen (compared to 66.6 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 57 yen, a decrease of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 3.3% from the same period last year, reaching 126 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 5.1% in the same period last year to 4.6%.

Note: Since the fiscal year ending October 2024, the company has transitioned to consolidated financial statements.
