Earnings ReportSHOEI FOODS CORPORATION <8079> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 increased 19.7% from the previous period to 4.95 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 9.1% from the previous period to 4.5 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 60 yen, an increase of 10 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 580 million yen, a 32.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 3.1% in the same period last year to 2.3%.
