Earnings ReportGIFT HOLDINGS INC. <9279> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending October 2024 increased 22.6% from the previous period to 2.97 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending October 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 21.8% to 3.62 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the ninth consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 22 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 10.4% from the same period last year, reaching 852 million yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 11.9% in the same period last year to 10.7%.
