Earnings ReportWILSON LEARNING WORLDWIDE INC. <9610> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) was a reduced loss of 188 million yen (compared to a loss of 317 million yen in the same period last year).
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 198 million yen (compared to a loss of 274 million yen in the same period last year).
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 43 million yen (compared to a loss of 136 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -28.0% in the same period last year to -12.9%.
