Guidance Update Report

Livesense Inc. <6054> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on December 13th (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has downwardly 25.0%, from the previous forecast of 360 million yen to 270 million yen (compared to 649 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 44.5% to 58.4%.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 62 million yen to a loss of 28 million yen (compared to a profit of 343 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
