CRE, Inc. <3458> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on December 12th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending July 2025 (August to October) turned into a profit of 896 million yen (compared to a loss of 448 million yen in the same period last year). However, The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 7.93 billion yen was 11.3%, also falling below the five-year average of 20.8%.

In the most recent three-month period, from August to October (1Q), the operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -1.3% in the same period last year to 10.2%.
