Guidance Update Report

TIEMCO LTD. <7501> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:00) on November 27th. The ordinary profit/loss (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending November 2024 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 13 million yen to a loss of 37 million yen (compared to a profit of 118 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the June to November period (second half) ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected loss of 7 million yen to a loss of 57 million yen (compared to a loss of 6 million yen in the same period of the previous year), indicating an expansion in the loss margin.

Due to a decline in performance, the company has significantly reduced its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 17.5 yen to 12 yen (compared to 12 yen in the previous period).
