LAND BUSINESS CO.,LTD. <8944> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (18:40). The consolidated ordinary loss for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to a loss of 1.96 billion yen (compared to a loss of 472 million yen in the previous period), but it is expected to shrink to loss of 1.2 billion yen for the fiscal year ending September 2025. This will mark the fourth consecutive term of losses.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 815 million yen (compared to a loss of 211 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -9.7% in the same period last year to -22.2%.
