Gifu landscape architect Co.,Ltd. <1438> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 14.3% from the previous period to 455 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 10.3% to 502 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the eighth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, an increase of 6 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 17 million yen, a 73.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 5.3% in the same period last year to 1.2%.
