DANTO HOLDINGS CORPORATION <5337> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) expanded to a loss of 779 million yen (compared to a loss of 649 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to further decrease to loss of 121 million yen (compared to a loss of 305 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary loss expanded to a loss of 240 million yen (compared to a loss of 214 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically worsened from -12.1% in the same period last year to -20.4%.
