Peers Co.,Ltd. <7066> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 11.1% from the previous period to 452 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 19.5% to 540 million yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in six years. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 15.8 yen to 15.92 yen (compared to 8.34 yen in the prior term), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 51 million yen, a 67.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 11.4% in the same period last year to 5.4%.
