PRESSANCE CORPORATION <3254> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 10.6% from the previous period to 28 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 28.4% from the previous period to 20 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 48 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 71.5% from the same period last year, reaching 8.69 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 12.8% in the same period last year to 13.6%.
