MASARU CORPORATION <1795> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 19.3% from the previous period to 421 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 6.9% to 450 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 105 yen, a decrease of 20 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 221 million yen, a 52.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 15.2% in the same period last year to 7.1%.
