Nippon Insure Co., Ltd. <5843> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to 40.4% from the previous period to 410 million yen, exceeding the previous forecast of 342 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 26.1% to 517 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the seventh consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 9 yen to 11 yen (compared to no dividend in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 13 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of profit of 49 million yen (compared to a loss of 23 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin drastically improved from -2.9% in the same period last year to 5.7%.
