DEAR LIFE CO.,LTD. <3245> [TSE-P] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 14th (12:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 24.7% from the previous period to 4.65 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 2.1 times to 10 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 62 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 3.52 billion yen, a 9.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin significantly dropped from 16.8% in the same period last year to 11.6%.
