Ascot Corp. <3264> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 surged by 4.4 times that of the previous term, reaching 4.43 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 21.9% to 5.4 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 6 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged to 7.7 times that of the same period last year, reaching 3.09 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 10.5% in the same period last year to 16.1%.
