Faber Company Inc. <220A> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 0.3% from the previous period to 310 million yen exceeding the previous forecast of 281 million yen and resulted in an increase in profit, a complete reversal from the forecast for a decline in profit. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 21.3% to 376 million yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company plans to pay a dividend of 30 yen this fiscal year, the first since it was listed in July 2024.
