TOEI COMPANY,LTD. <9605> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 25.3%, from the previous forecast of 27.7 billion yen to 34.7 billion yen (compared to 35.3 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 21.6% to 1.7%.

Furthermore, The company continued to decline to disclose its earnings forecast for April to September (first half).
