Sincere Co., LTD. <7782> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 13th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) was 357 million yen, a 0.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The progress rate against the 374 million yen full-year plan was 95.5%, almost the same as the five-year average of 94.2%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop by 80.7% from the same period last year to 17 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 59.5% from the same period last year, reaching 177 million yen. The operating profit margin significantly improved from 7.5% in the same period last year to 11.4%.
