AUCNET INC. <3964> [TSE-P] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 12th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 3.2% from the same period last year, reaching 5.7 billion yen. The progress rate against the 7.09 billion yen full-year plan was 80.4%, almost the same as the five-year average of 78.6%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to grow by 12.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.39 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 20.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.71 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 13.7% in the same period last year to 12.7%.
