MITANI CORPORATIN <8066> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 11th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 15.7%, from the previous forecast of 13 billion yen to 15.1 billion yen (compared to 13.7 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach five consecutive terms, turning to a 9.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Following the strong performance in the first half, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 3.7%, from the previous forecast of 26.8 billion yen to 27.8 billion yen (compared to 29.7 billion yen in the previous period), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 9.8% to 6.5%.
