Guidance Update ReportASMO CORPORATION <2654> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 11th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has downwardly by 61.4%, from the previous forecast of 342 million yen to 132 million yen (compared to 339 million yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 61.1% decrease in profit.
Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has downwardly by 35.4%, from the previous forecast of 650 million yen to 420 million yen (compared to 666 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 2.4% to 36.9%.
