Guidance Update Report

CONSEC CORPORATION <9895> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 11th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 80 million yen to a loss of 38 million yen (compared to a loss of 24 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 200 million yen(compared to 115 million yen in the previous period).
