FUSO DENTSU CO., LTD. <7505> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 11th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to 44.2% from the previous period to 2.05 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to drop by 32.0% from the previous period to 1.4 billion yen.

At the same time, the company plans to remove the special dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of 63 yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit grew by 24.3% from the same period last year, reaching 297 million yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.0% in the same period last year to 2.2%.
