TAZMO CO.,LTD <6266> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 11th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) expanded to 4.52 billion yen, an increase of 68.2% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate against the full-year plan of 4.5 billion yen is 100.5%, already exceeding the target and also exceeding the five-year average of 61.4%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to turn into a loss of 24 million yen (compared to a profit of 1.2 billion yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.54 billion yen, a 22.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 21.7% in the same period last year to 20.8%.
