Guidance Update Report

SPACE CO.,LTD. <9622> [TSE-P] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward by 5.8%, from the previous forecast of 3.3 billion yen to 3.49 billion yen (compared to 2.61 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 26.1% to 33.4%.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 17.2%, from the previous forecast of 1.1 billion yen to 1.29 billion yen (compared to 1.57 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 29.9% to 17.8%.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 45 yen to 50 yen (compared to 40 yen in the previous period).
