HENNGE K.K. <4475> [TSE-G] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 40.3% from the previous period to 1 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to expand to 57.4% to 1.57 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the eleventh consecutive term of revenue and the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company increased the final dividend for the previous term from no dividends to 3 yen , and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 4 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 82 million yen, a 50.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 8.2% in the same period last year to 4.3%.
