ORIX CORPORATION <8591> [TSE-P] announced its financial results (based on US-GAAP) in the afternoon session on November 8th (15:00). The consolidated pretax income for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) expanded to 256 billion yen, an increase of 39.3% compared to the same period last year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated pretax income increased by 43.9% from the same period last year, reaching 136 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 11.9% in the same period last year to 15.9%.
