THE TORIGOE CO.,LTD. <2009> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 8th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) decreased by 3.2% from the same period last year to 967 million yen. The progress rate against the 1.67 billion yen full-year plan was 57.9%, also falling below the five-year average of 71.0%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to expand by 83.1% from the same period last year, reaching 703 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 6.1% from the same period last year, reaching 175 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 2.2% in the same period last year to 2.6%.
