ASO FOAM CRETE Co.,Ltd. <1730> [TSE-S] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on November 8th (14:30). The ordinary loss (non-consolidated) for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) was a reduced loss of 113 million yen (compared to a loss of 115 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the ordinary profit/loss for the October to March period (second half) is expected to turn into a profit of 244 million yen (compared to a loss of 59 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the ordinary profit/loss turned to a profit of profit of 5 million yen (compared to a loss of 36 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin significantly improved from -3.9% in the same period last year to 0.5%.
