TOYO TANSO CO.,LTD. <5310> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 26.5% from the same period last year, reaching 9.73 billion yen. The progress rate against the 10.5 billion yen full-year plan was 92.7%, also surpassing the five-year average of 78.3%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to significant drop by 69.3% from the same period last year to 763 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew by 16.1% from the same period last year, reaching 2.74 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 16.9% in the same period last year to 27.1%.
