Guidance Update Report

Hosiden Corporation <6804> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 5th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 3.3%, from the previous forecast of 6.1 billion yen to 6.3 billion yen (compared to 11 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 44.6% to 42.8%.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 9.2 billion yen(compared to 18.1 billion yen in the previous period).
