HORAI Co.,Ltd. <9679> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 31st (16:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending September 2024 decreased by 2.7% from the previous period to 724 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 10.2% from the previous period to 650 million yen.

At the same time, the company intends to pay an annual dividend of 22 yen for the current fiscal year, with the actual dividend unchanged from the previous year's dividend after taking the stock split into account.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the ordinary profit decreased to 140 million yen, a 28.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 11.4% in the same period last year to 8.2%.
