Guidance Update Report

HOCHIKI CORPORATION <6745> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 31st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 65.0%, from the previous forecast of 2 billion yen to 3.3 billion yen (compared to 2.1 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), record profits reach two consecutive terms, turning to a 56.5% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 7.8 billion yen(compared to 7.78 billion yen in the previous period).
