TOAGOSEI CO., LTD. <4045> [TSE-P] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on October 31st (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending December 2024 (January to September) increased by 25.5% from the same period last year, reaching 12.1 billion yen. However, The progress rate against the 17.5 billion yen full-year plan was 69.4%, also falling below the five-year average of 74.7%.

Based on the third-quarter cumulative performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to December period (4Q) is expected to grow by 10.9% from the same period last year, reaching 5.35 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 3.38 billion yen, a 3.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 8.5% in the same period last year to 8.2%.
