HOKKAN HOLDINGS LIMITED <5902> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (16:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 17.9%, from the previous forecast of 3.9 billion yen to 4.6 billion yen (compared to 4.56 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 0.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 3.8 billion yen(compared to 5.06 billion yen in the previous period).
