CyberAgent,Inc. <4751> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to 66.5% from the previous period to 41.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 1.3% to 42 billion yen. This will be the 27th consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 15 yen to 16 yen (compared to 15 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 17 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 4.51 billion yen, a 17.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 3.0% in the same period last year to 2.9%.
