GLOBAL FOOD CREATORS CO.,LTD. <7559> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated net loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) expanded to a loss of 37 million yen (compared to a loss of 13 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated net income for the October to March period (second half) is expected to nearly flat at 606 million yen, down 1.0% from the same period last year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated net income increased by 93.3% from the same period last year, reaching 29 million yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 0.4% in the same period last year to 0.3%.
