Guidance Update Report

MUSASHI CO.,LTD. <7521> [TSE-S] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on October 29th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward by 87.9%, from the previous forecast of 1.94 billion yen to 3.65 billion yen (compared to 1.12 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 73.3% to 3.3 times.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 34.7%, from the previous forecast of 1.45 billion yen to 1.95 billion yen (compared to 751 million yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 93.6% to 2.6 times, reaches new record high for the first time in seventeen terms.

In light of the strong performance, the dividend for the first half of this fiscal year has been significantly increased from the original plan of 18 yen to 30 yen, and the dividend for the second half has also been revised upwards from the original plan of 18 yen to 30 yen. The annual dividend will be 60 yen (compared to 36 yen in the previous period).
