Guidance Update Report

TDC SOFT Inc. <4687> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 29th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised upward by 19.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.05 billion yen to 2.44 billion yen (compared to 1.93 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), increasing the growth rate from 6.2% to 26.4%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.

Furthermore, the full-year ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 4.6 billion yen(compared to 4.25 billion yen in the previous period).
